A Port Jervis man has pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter for a DWI crash that killed his 11-year-old passenger.
Authorities say 35-year-old Yeraldo Roa was driving under the influence on Route 6 in Woodbury last December.
He crossed into oncoming traffic, struck two cars, continued going the wrong way and hit a minivan head on.
The child, Caylee Jolie Roa, was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Prosecutors say Roa was more than twice the legal limit at the time of the crash. It is unclear what his relationship was to the child.
