Yeah, happy Friday here with that tri state weather outlook. It's been a soggy September and that's how we're finishing off this month. We're looking at rain throughout the day. Flooding is going to be a big concern for us. Really looking at the moderate side of things here for the tri state area spots to Fairfield County out across Connecticut, Westchester County through the lower Hudson Valley. You're talking Long Island, New York City, Bergen County for the northeastern parts of New Jersey. There lies that better chance of numerous areas, uh maybe picking up again on some flooding. Now for today, you're gonna want to make sure you have all of that rain gear. Give yourself some extra time as you make your way out the door again, this rain is gonna impact your visibility. It's gonna cut down on your speed as you're making your way to your destination for tonight. Still gonna be raining. We're gonna watch for some showers if you head into the overnight as well. So pushing 4345 o'clock, we get to the tail end of the afternoon again. We'll work with some steady showers right through the commute time. Home through the city, Nassau County, looking out across Long Island down the Jersey shore lines, we're going to see some steady to heavy rain. This area of low pressure is just going to really continue to churn some more rain out a little bit more east. Most of us here across western Connecticut and then here across the lower Hudson valley, going to work with some steady rain pushing forward into the early morning hours after midnight as you start our Saturday. That's why you still have those flood alerts still hanging around even into the early parts of your Saturday. By late Saturday morning, we're drying out sunshine. Second half of your Saturday looks good. Second half of the weekend looks even better. We're going to get into ample sunshine for your Sunday and we're also going to warm things up far as rainfall totals are concerned. Again, I'd like anywhere from an inch and a half to maybe 2.5 inches spots along the shoreline, seaside heights, for example, could see closer to three and again, flooding could be problematic in and around your area, but we bounce back nicely as we head into the weekend.
