Toms River gas station owner fined $17,500 for charging drivers more than the posted price per gallon

Ocean County officials say they found "a pattern of deceptive business practices" on the part of the gas station owner. The stations include a Delta and a Sunoco on Route 37 in Toms River, plus a Delta station in Lakehurst.
