A Wilton man was arrested after police say his two dogs got loose and attacked a mini horse in town.
Brian Andronaco Sr., 58, was arrested on Sunday and charged with two counts of having a nuisance animal, roaming dog, and a failure to comply with a restraining order.
Police say they were dispatched to an address in the town for a report of a dog attacking a miniature horse around 2:30 p.m.
The investigation revealed that two dogs belonging to Andronaco got loose from his property and were involved.
Andronaco was released after posting 10% of his $5,000 bond and was given a court date of Dec. 30.
