One person injured in overnight house fire in Throggs Neck

An arrest has been made after an overnight fire destroyed a home in South Brunswick.

Police told News 12 New Jersey's Tony Caputo that 50-year-old Leonard Jones, of South Brunswick, is facing aggravated arson charges.

Police confirmed what neighbors told News 12 earlier about an incident outside and inside the home just before the fire began.

Jones was described as a boyfriend of one of the residents.

There were not reported injures.
