New Jersey is bracing for more storms this week, as many are still trying to clean up from Thursday's deadly storms.
Extensive damage was reported in Plainfield, North Plainfield, Bound Brook, and Dunellen.
Officials confirmed three people were killed when trees fell onto their vehicles in Plainfield and North Plainfield.
PSE&G crews worked through the Fourth of July weekend to restore all power by Monday morning.
The utility says over 100,000 customers were impacted, 500 trees had to be cleared, 150 utility poles needed to be repaired or replaced, 80 transformers were replaced and 76,000 feet of wire was replaced. Mutual aid support was brought in.
