All outages from Thursday's deadly storm were restored to PSE&G customers in Plainfield on Sunday.
The city, however, remained under a state of emergency as of Sunday night.
The clean-up efforts were also continuing for families who lost everything from that storm.
"As residents are actually pulling up to receive water and ice, I'm getting the addresses and passing them along to PSE&G so we can get that done, especially with the elderly, anyone that's on oxygen, they should let us know," said Sgt. Khisha Bethea, Planfield Office of Emergency Management coordinator.
The Plainfield Senior Center on East Front Street remains open for residents who are seeking relief.
The American Red Cross is on site to provided blankets, emergency supplies, and support to displaced residents.
Plainfield officials confirmed two people, 79-year-old Rocco Sansone and 25-year-old Brian Ernesto Valladares, were killed when a tree fell on their vehicle on Myrtle Ave on Thursday night.
