A fire broke out inside a home in Bushwick and spread to neighboring houses Friday, the FDNY says.

The call for a fire on the top floor came in around 1:50 p.m. Friday on Weirfield Street. Fire crews arrived under four minutes later, according to officials.

The FDNY says the home is part of a row of attached wood-frame houses, which allowed the blaze to spread quickly. Flames spread to the attic and eventually to other homes.

The FDNY declared a third alarm around 2:15 p.m. About 192 EMS and firefighters responded.

Fire officials say crews got the blaze under control just over an hour and a half later.

News 12 reached out to the Red Cross and is awaiting a response to see how many people were impacted.

No one was injured.
