Friday weather looks good with a few damp spots this morning leftover from the overnight showers. The day is fine with sun and clouds. Highs will be in the mid-60s. There could be a few spot showers or passing virga after 3PM today.

Clouds increase tonight ahead of active weather for Saturday. Saturday features rain showers that arrive in the midday. Most of the rain impacts northern zones versus southern zones where it may be tough to catch drops in Ocean, Mercer, or Monmouth counties.

The last push of rain comes through in the evening just after sunset and then conditions improve for Sunday. Mother's Day is fine for the most part as it is expected to be mostly sunny. A spot thundershower is possible in the evening where then rain returns for early Monday. Monday's rain could be prolonged and last throughout the daytime.
