New Jersey is expected to see hot and dry weather for the next several days and into the weekend.

WHAT’S NEXT: Hot and humid for next week. Several days of 90-degree weather. Chance of storms each afternoon.
OVERNIGHT: Muggy and mild. Slight chance for a passing shower. Overnight lows around 70.
THURSDAY: Mix of sun and clouds, with a slight chance of a passing shower. Daytime highs in the upper-80s. Overnight lows around 70 degrees.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny and warm. Daytime highs around 87 degrees. Overnight lows cooling into the upper-60s.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny and warm. Daytime highs in the upper-80s. Overnight lows around 69.
SUNDAY: Partly sunny, with a chance of rain by the afternoon and evening. Daytime highs in the upper-80s and low-90s. Overnight lows cool to around 72.
