A new study finds that New Jersey is the 23rd worst state for drivers.
Lending Tree issued the ranking based on the number of incidents per 1,000 drivers in each state.
New Jersey was ranked 12th for accidents, 24th for DUIs, 32nd for citations and 38th for speeding.
