A water main break sent water flowing down a street in Bergen County.
Palisades Park Police blocking off Eighth Street between Central Boulevard and Brinkerhoff Avenue for the repairs.
Veolia Water says it was a relatively small 6-inch pipe and that about 16 residential customers are impacted.
"The whole street was flooded, we had to move all our cars," said Frank Ippolito. "I even had to put on my boots to get into my car, that's how bad it was."
Veolia Water crews have been making the repairs since 10 a.m. and have no estimated time for when repairs will be complete.
