A convicted murderer who recently escaped from a suburban Philadelphia prison was spotted about 20 miles from the New Jersey border shortly after midnight on Saturday.
Authorities say 34-year-old Danelo Caval-Cante received a life sentence last month for killing his former girlfriend in front of her children.
He managed to escape while awaiting transfer to Chester State Prison on Thursday morning, according to authorities.
Residential security cameras captured footage of him not far from the prison.
