A Lacey Township man is under arrest for setting his house on fire.

Police say Taquan Shelton set furniture in his living room on fire Wednesday afternoon on Hillwood Road.

Crews were able to put out the flames.

An investigation found the fire was started using a flammable liquid.

Shelton is in Ocean County Jail awaiting a judge.
