A high school student in Demarest is making New Jersey proud by helping others.

Sophie Gutter created an AI program that teaches writing.

Students falling behind can use the program to learn to write better.

Gutter’s program, called “Writing Mastery,” is being used by students in Florida and soon in Nigeria.

She was recently honored with the Future Educators Scholarship by the National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) for her work.
