Burlington County man admits to having explosives, guns while trafficking guns

Nicholas Layton will be sentenced in February and could be fined up to $10 million.

A Burlington County man has now admitted to having explosives and guns while trafficking drugs.

Nicholas Layton was arrested four years ago when he was driving a rental car from Arizona. Police say he had drugs with him when he was pulled over in Arkansas. Layton was arrested and then released.

He was later arrested again after police say he had more drugs, guns and explosives in his Mount Holly home.

Layton will be sentenced in February and could be fined up to $10 million.
