A man is facing charges after allegedly stealing a laptop from the Apple store at Willowbrook Mall in Wayne Tuesday morning.

Police say 25-year-old Christoph Burgos took a MacBook from the counter and ran.

An officer chased him down in the parking lot.

Burgos is charged with theft and resisting arrest, according to police.
