Authorities conducted a search in Ohio in connection to the case of missing 5-year-old South Jersey girl Dulce Alavez, but a detective tells News 12 that they didn't find anything related to the girl.
The search this weekend was prompted by a tip. It was conducted in Austintown, near the border with Pennsylvania.
Alavez went missing nearly six months ago. She disappeared from Bridgeton City Park in September.
