The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office went through several neighborhoods in Bridgeton Monday evening, passing out flyers on the three-month anniversary of 5-year-old Dulce Alavez's disappearance.
According to investigators, Dulce was kidnapped from Bridgeton City Park back on Sept. 16.
The prosecutor's office wanted to remind the community that Dulce is still missing and to let them know they are still looking for information in her disappearance.
The only lead authorities have shared so far is a sketch of a person who they want to talk to. It was initially believed that he may have abducted the girl, but officials have now said that he may be a witness and they want to speak with him.
The Bridgeton Police Department, the CCPO, the NJSP and the FBI continue to work on this investigation.
There are no significant updates in the investigation.
Law enforcement officials are offering a $52,000 reward for information that helps find the missing child. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Bridgeton Police Department at 856-451-0033 or the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. Select option 4, then select option 8.
