A generator on a food truck burst into flames in Longport Saturday afternoon, sending a man to the hospital with burn injuries.
The explosion happened just after 2:30 p.m. near South 28th Avenue, next to Betty's Seafood food truck.
Video shows a fireball engulfing the man as others rushed to grab a hose and control the flames.
Police say the fire was brought under control.
