A Somerset man is facing attempted murder charges relating to an alleged road rage incident earlier this month.
Police say Gerald S. Chapman became angry when another driver failed to let him merge in front of them.
Chapman is accused of firing two shots at the other driver after side-swiping his vehicle.
The man had gotten out of his car to check the damage, and Chapman is alleged to have fled the scene.
He eventually turned himself in to authorities in Franklin Township.
