Three homes on Summer Avenue were damaged on Easter Sunday due to the fire.
Red Cross says it’s assisting 17 people from seven families with temporary housing, food and clothing.
"A lot of memories. A lot of things that can't be recovered, pictures things like that. But other than that, I got my mom. I got my mom, my life, our cars are fine. We're going to be just fine. Everything's going to be OK,” one woman told News 12 New Jersey.
