New Jersey high school teacher charged with allegedly filming women in parking lot
Police say the English teacher is accused of secretly recording multiple women outside a Woodcliff Lake business.

An English teacher at Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan has been charged after police say he secretly filmed multiple women in a Woodcliff Lake parking lot.
Michael A. Conner, 43, was arrested Thursday and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment following an investigation by the Woodcliff Lake Police Department.
Police said officers first responded on July 9 after receiving a report of a suspicious man following a woman near her workplace. Throughout the day, officers were called back to the area multiple times for reports that the same man was following several women.
Detectives determined the suspect was targeting different women in a parking lot and running up behind them while appearing to hold a cellphone near his hip to film their buttocks as they walked, according to police.
Conner was released pending his first appearance in Pascack Joint Municipal Court.
The Northern Valley Regional School District did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
