yesterdayPolice have identified the victim of a fatal shooting Monday on the platform of New Jersey Transit’s Long Branch Train Station as James Hailey, of Newark.
Officials say the shooting took place just after 7:30 p.m. Hailey was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead about an hour later.
No suspects have been arrested yet, according to authorities.
