A Metropolitan Transportation Authority worker was randomly attacked while on the job, according to the NYPD.

A Metropolitan Transportation Authority worker was randomly attacked while on the job, according to the NYPD.
Police say the male suspect punched a 46-year-old train conductor in the face after he opened the train car window Tuesday evening inside East 149th Street and Grand Concourse subway station.
The MTA employee was taken to the hospital in stable condition as the search for his attacker continues.
