Grand jury clears officers in death of Toms River man during traffic stop
19h agoPolice say two men were arrested on Friday for impersonating police officers.
They say South Jersey’s Shanndoah Gray and Michael Ficara were pulling over cars in their Ford Taurus. Grey and Ficara took money and credit cards.
The two men were apprehended after using a stolen credit card at a Washington Township grocery store.
