Two men who allegedly fled from a stolen Mercedes that crashed in Howell Township are now in custody.

The incident happened on Breckinridge Court.

Police say the suspects were part of an organized group stealing vehicles.

The incident forced officers to issue a warning in the area that residents should be alert and not open their door to anyone other than a uniformed officer.
