Many New Jerseyans are getting ready to jet off for the holidays.

According to the AAA, almost 113 million Americans will travel more than 50 miles away from home over December.

A new study by MattressNextDay reveals which Thanksgiving and Christmas destinations are getting the most buzz compared to recent years. And based on searches, Vermont flights top the list with a 91% surge.

MattressNextDay says they conducted an in-depth analysis of flight searches, revealing insights into the popular travel destinations of New Jersey residents throughout the upcoming festival periods, including Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Other top travel destinations for residents over the past three months compared to previous years are North Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas flights.
