A 22-year-old Brooklyn man accused in attack on two teenage girls in Flatbush is facing several charges.
Police arrested Justin Lee on Saturday morning after they say he was involved in two separate incidents on Friday near the intersection of Ocean and Ditmas avenues.
The first incident happened around 1 p.m. Police said a 13-year-old girl was entering her home when Lee followed her into the building, grabbed her by the neck, pushed her and then ran off.
Sources told News 12 that Lee later attacked a 15-year-old girl, wrapping his arms around her before the two fell to the ground.
Sources said the man then climbed on top of the teen and struggled during the attack. He then ran off.
Police said Lee lives about a mile from the area. Police said no physical injuries were reported.
Lee is charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
“I wouldn’t think it would happen in this area,” said Adeline Darius, of Flatbush. “It’s so shocking for the young girls. ”
“I have my niece,” said Fedeline, of Flatbush, who only gave her first name. “She comes all the time to stay here with me, to spend time with me. She always goes outside, you know, do a little walk to go back and forth. I’m shocked. I’m shocked that’s happening.”
