When a veteran dies, there's a solemn ceremony to fold an American flag and give it to the widow. Sometimes that ceremony is not possible. It could rain, for instance. That is what happened in Perth Amboy recently. A widow burying her veteran husband couldn’t do the ceremony at the cemetery. But it was performed later at the Perth Amboy Police Headquarters.
