7ds agoThe Blanchard Estate in South Orange is seeing a sold-out crowd Wednesday night for a celebration of singing.
Wednesday night marks the 70th anniversary of the Montclair-based Oratorio Society of New Jersey.
The choral group is open to everyone and has frequent rehearsals and three concerts yearly.
Volunteers have fueled them since 1952 and, at times, have seen 100 singers.
The choral group stresses that there are no auditions and that anyone is welcome.
Here is to 70 years of making Jersey Proud.
