Family of Malik Williams, man killed by Garfield police, reaches $180K settlement
<p>The family of a man shot and killed by Garfield police officers has reached an $180,000 settlement in their federal lawsuit connected to the shooting. Jasmine Rivera, the mother of Malik Williams’ son, was suing Bergen County, the city of Garfield and the officers who shot Williams.</p>
