Crews work to repair sinkhole in East Brunswick

A sinkhole is being repaired on Ryders Lane by the intersection of Tices Lane.

The traffic alert went out around 5:20 a.m. Both northbound and southbound are down to one lane in each direction.
Police are on the scene to help control traffic and cones are out, helping to direct vehicles around the sinkhole and work area.
East Brunswick is asking drivers to be aware, follow the posted detours, slow down and expect delays.
Drivers may want to consider alternate routes to avoid the roadwork.
