The official cause of death for the 74-year-old Ace Frehley has been officially released.
The Morris County Medical Examiner's Office determined blunt force trauma to his head after a fall as the initial cause.
In September, the guitarist suffered a fall that he called “minor,” but it lead to the cancellation of a performance scheduled for the next day.
He died on Oct 16.
