A Bronx man conspired to commit an armed robbery at a Fair Lawn home, according to Bergen County prosecutors.
Prosecutors say Dominick Memoli, of Bronx, New York, and five others planned the robbery in 2022. Two of them posed as law enforcement to gain entry to the homeowners’ property, according to officials. They say the victims had a gun pointed at them and their wrists were zip tied.
Prosecutors say Memoli acted as a lookout during the robbery. He pled guilty to first-degree armed robbery.
Memoli’s sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 9, 2024.
