Brooklyn woman sentenced to 5-15 years for fatal drunk driving crash in Yonkers

A 29-year-old Brooklyn woman was sentenced to 5 to 15 years in prison in Westchester County Court for a fatal drunk driving crash, authorities said.
Qualisia Willis pleaded guilty to multiple charges stemming from an incident in April 2023, when she drove southbound in the northbound lanes of I-87 for several miles and collided with a car driven by 22-year-old Isabel Steger of Bedford Hills.
Steger was killed in the crash, and her passenger, Julia Ring, sustained debilitating injuries.
