AMC Theatres is now letting customers rent out auditoriums for private screenings.

It's one of the ways the chain is trying to adapt amid the coronavirus pandemic, joining other cinemas in the new offering.

People can bring up to 20 family members or friends.

Screenings start at $99, but could go up to $349.

Popcorn and snacks are not included.

The $99 theater rental option is available in most states, with the exception of New York, Alaska and Hawaii.
