Time for pause and pals this morning. And Sandy Hickman with the Associated Humane Society is here with us this morning along with Boo Boo. Be just a puppy. Sandy, thanks for being with us. Why is it so tough for be be to be in a shelter right now as just a seven month old? Um because this is the time where he should be developing social skills and training and that kind of thing and um you know, interacting with the family and what not and he, he, he needs that. Um that's the worst place for a puppy to grow up. We do the best we can with socializing but he needs a family. Yeah, the hope is to get be adopted here. Tell us a little bit about. So Bober is um he's seven months old. He was found as a stray at about five months old um in Newark. Um he was transferred to us at Popcorn Park um pretty much right when he came in. Um he is blind in one eye, he has a very small eye. Um So he's non visual in that eye, but the other eye, it's bright blue and he can see perfectly fine out of it. Um, he loves everyone, as you guys can tell. Um, he's just a great puppy. He seems pretty chill for a puppy. Yeah. Well, I mean, he likes to play and when he plays he nibbles. So that's about the only thing he needs work with. Um, he's, you know, well behaved otherwise one of many animals in the shelter right now. Tell us a little bit about that. Yes. Um, this is a tough time right now with the sun summer, a lot of people can adopt because they're busy with other things. So we're very full with dogs and cats and small animals. Um, so yeah, please just adopt. Yeah, so desperately need it. Thank you. Thank you for being here is, uh, really bringing a lot here in the news room, so we want to get, be adopted.
