Winter weather on full blast in Middlesex County as residents find ways to stay warm

While most New Jersey residents aren't the biggest fans of this arctic blast, they say it’s to be expected.

A February chill is certainly here.
All Friday morning, people were grabbing a hot cup of coffee and doing anything they could to stay warm in Piscataway.
It's not unusual this time of year when you see temperatures dip as quickly as they have. And it's certainly a good reminder to check your tire pressure the next time you get behind the wheel.
While most residents aren't the biggest fans of this arctic blast, they say it’s to be expected.
“It was getting too warm. We are in February now. It’s going to be really cold,” Sahil Kassam said.
Temperatures will continue to drop as the day goes on and nighttime pushes in.
