A pair of 2-year-olds who died violently last week in Newark will be remembered with wake services this weekend.

A wake for Mikhy Robinson will be held Friday at Christian Love Baptist Church in Irvington, at 11:00 a.m., followed immediately by his funeral at noon. The wake for Alexis Robinson will be held Friday evening at the same church from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Her funeral is set for Saturday at 9 a.m.

Mikhy was shot to death last Friday. His mother's boyfriend, 27-year-old Wakir Bryant, has been charged with aggravated manslaughter and is set to be arraigned tomorrow morning.

Alexis died two days earlier, and authorities say she was beaten to death. Her mother's boyfirned, Tyrail Jones, 25, is charged with her murder.
