Some police vehicles will look a little different in Somerset County during October.
Seven police vehicles will be wrapped in pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The wraps are funded by Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset, Peapack Private Bank & Trust, Open Road Auto Group and the Far Hills Race Meeting Association.
The Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office will unveil the pink police vehicles during a ceremony at 10 a.m. Oct. 1 outside the Somerset County Historic Courthouse in Somerville.
The law enforcement agencies participating in the awareness campaign are the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office, Somerset County Sheriff’s Office, Far Hills Police Department, Peapack-Gladstone Police Department, Franklin Township Police Department, Watchung Police Department and Bedminster Police Department.
