Police say
they inadvertently busted the people behind an apparent bomb threat at a Macy's
in Wayne after making what they initially thought was a routine traffic stop.
Authorities
say they had pulled over a car for an allegedly bogus registration shortly
after an apparent bomb threat was phoned into the department store at the
Willowbrook Mall.
While
detectives were investigating that incident, they discovered that the phone
number where the threat originated was allegedly the same number of the
occupants in the car.
Nashid
Wilson, Shaquanda Whilte and Cristal Rennie were arrested after police say they
discovered stolen goods in the vehicle.
The vehicle
was also allegedly stolen, and all three were arrested.
