Arriving at 3 a.m. daily, these pastry experts are working on preparing some 55,000 pies for the holiday season, according to store managers.

Enough pies to line 97 football fields with the goods, allegedly.

And that doesn't include the quarter-million dinner rolls they're working on, too.
