Target employee arrested after pointing cellphone up female customer's skirt, police say

Wall Township police arrested the Lakewood man following an investigation and a foot pursuit.

A Target employee in Wall Township is facing multiple charges after police say he pointed a cellphone up the skirt of a female customer.

David I. Sutton, 20, of Lakewood was arrested following an investigation conducted by police at the Target located at 1825 State Highway 35 in Wall Township. Police say the investigation began after store management contacted the police department.

Sutton was allegedly found pointing his cellphone up a female customer's skirt. When police arrived, he fled and was apprehended by police after a foot pursuit. The suspect was placed under arrest and released on a summons, police said in a statement.
