New Jersey is expected to see some storms on Friday that could impact travel around the state.
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Scott Sincoff says these storms could provide strong winds, hail, flooding and the slight possibility of a tornado in the afternoon.
A severe thunderstorm watch is in effect for several western counties until 5 a.m. Friday.
WHAT’S NEXT: Showers and storms will move in for part of the day across New Jersey Friday - so there will still be some dry spots and windows for the pool, beach and outdoor activities. New Jersey residents should be weather-aware as storms move in for the morning and late afternoon.
