Six Flag's Hurricane Harbor launches major hiring push ahead of summer season

Hurricane Harbor New Jersey is now hiring lifeguards and aquatics team members as the park prepares for another exciting summer season filled with thrills, family fun and unforgettable guest experiences beginning Saturday, May 23, when the water park officially opens for the 2026 season.

The park is seeking energetic, safety-focused individuals to join its aquatics team in a variety of roles, including lifeguards, slide attendants and other water safety positions. Team members will play an important role in delivering a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for guests all summer long.

Available positions offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, employee perks and opportunities to build leadership, communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Lifeguard applicants will receive professional training and certification opportunities. Candidates should be comfortable working in and around water, enjoy interacting with guests and be ready to work in a dynamic team environment.
