Shelter-in-place lifted at Clark high school after unsubstantiated threat

A shelter-in-place has been lifted at Arthur L. Johnson High School in Clark after a reported threat was determined to be unsubstantiated.

Students and staff were initially placed on lockdown before the status was changed to a shelter-in-place while police investigated.

Officials say the shelter-in-place has now been lifted in coordination with Clark police.

Students are returning to a normal bell schedule for the rest of the day.

Normal dismissal procedures and after-school activities will continue as scheduled.

Police say students remained safe throughout the incident.
