The owner of a Paterson business, who was attacked with a machete along with an employee, says he still hasn't heard about any arrests in the case nearly two weeks later.

Edwin Izaguirra is the owner of Fleet Truck Service on Mill Street.

On May 13, he and an employee were attacked by eight men armed with weapons like bats and machetes.

Izaguirra said he was called to speak with a detective in the Paterson Police Department about what happened.

However, he still hasn't heard of anyone being arrested.

"Anyone can walk over here with a machete, I guess, in Paterson and can hit anyone and run away," he said.

He said the incident began with a dispute over a parking spot.
