An Edison Township Middle School teacher is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student.

Julius Coaccioli, 55, faces multiple charges including manufacturing child pornography, kidnapping and aggravated criminal sexual contact.

Authorities say that investigators searched Coaccioli’s in August and allegedly found child pornography. They say that during a review of the materials on Coaccioli’s device, they discovered he had a sexual relationship with one of his juvenile male students. The relationship allegedly took place in 2013.

Coaccioli is being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center.
