Police are looking for a woman who got dangerously close to a tiger at a South Jersey zoo.

A video posted by the Bridgeton Police Department shows a woman climbing over the fence near the tiger enclosure at the Cohanzick Zoo. She even appears to stick her hand near the Bengal tiger. It was close enough for the big cat to nearly bite the woman before she walked away and hopped back over the fence.

There is a sign posted for visitors that reads "Climbing on any zoo fence is against city ordinance 247."

The ordinance says a person can be restricted or banned for actions such as this.

According to the zoo's website, this is one of two Bengal tigers born in 2016 that were donated to the zoo from North Carolina.

Police say anyone who recognizes the woman is urged to call them at 856-451-0033 ext. 0.
